Our Ministry Teams provide critical leadership and labor for many aspects of our worship, programming and operations. If you are interested in getting involved with any of the Ministry Teams, just send an email to office@holytrinityfallschurch.org to get connected with a team leader.

Altar Guild

Thanks to the tireless efforts of our Altar Guild, the Sanctuary is decorated with flowers and seasonal adornments every Sunday.

Hospitality Team

Our Hospitality Team members greet those arriving for in-person worship and are happy to answer questions about Holy Trinity. This team also hosts the Coffee Fellowship that is offered after in-person worship services each week.

Social Ministry Team

The Social Ministry Team leads our outreach and community service efforts in the neighborhood and wider global community.

Worship and Music Committee

The Worship and Music Committee meets several times a year to develop or review worship plans, provide requested input, and approve uses of certain funds. In addition, subgroups of the Committee select the worship service hymns and help plan and promote our Concerts at Holy Trinity outreach series.

Vitality Committee

The Vitality Committee sits at the very heart of the Holy Trinity community. This group leads church-wide fellowship and outreach activities that bring people together and make our community stronger, such as Oktoberfest, HT participation and support for neighborhood festivals and events, HT Game Nights, and Outdoor Movie Nights.

Racial Equity Initiative (REI) Committee

Holy Trinity’s Racial Equity Initiative (REI) Committee is centered on providing opportunities and resources to work towards the dismantling of white supremacy in the church and the promotion of racial justice in society. This includes educational programs promoting awareness of the historic and current role played by the Lutheran Church in the enslavement, persecution, and undermining of people of color.

Reconciling in Christ (RIC) Committee

Holy Trinity is a Reconciling in Christ community, which means that we are one of the 700+ Lutheran churches nationwide that publicly welcome our LGBTQ+ brothers and sisters. The RIC Committee organizes programs and events that encourage diversity and inclusivity in Christ.

Holy Trinity Women of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (WELCA)

WELCA brings the women of Holy Trinity together for learning and fellowship, including Bible studies and special discussions. WELCA also sponsors a Women’s Retreat to Rehoboth Beach, Delaware each April.
