Justice High School Donation Update

Submitted By: Chris Hegemann

I wanted to share a quick update and thank you again for the church’s continued support of the Justice High School Wolf Shack (food pantry).

While the fall campaign for the food pantry was successful and deeply appreciated, I’m happy to let you know that Holy Trinity Church was able to help once again today.

I delivered a large load of leftover supplies from Hypothermia Week that Tracy and Charles had set aside. The donation included cases of applesauce, pudding, chips, soup cups, fresh vegetables, yogurt, and other items. The timing could not have been better — the pantry was low on stock waiting to receive its regular monthly donation next week.  Once the Holy Trinity items were place on the shelves, it was clear there would be plenty for the week.

While I was there, the manager stopped by the school office to pick up the mail and found just one letter — a check from Holy Trinity! She was truly overjoyed. She explained that donated funds are being used to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables to stock their new refrigerator. Students are now able to take home healthy options that truly support their families’ well-being.

Holy Trinity made a meaningful impact this week in the lives of several hundred students and their families.

Thank you again for your generous support — both in the fall and now.
